102-106 High Street, Perth
Dilapidations and reinstatement works as Fat Face increase their presence in the heart of Perth’s High Street.
Following a competitive tender process, Cosmos Projects were instructed by Greenfield to carry out dilapidations and reinstatement works to this shop unit occupied by lifestyle clothing and accessories retailer, Fat Face and the adjacent former Baynes Family Bakers unit. Both units were stripped out and opened back up to a single space to give Fat Face increased retail floor space.
Together with the internal stripping out and alterations, work included new leadwork and slating to the main roof to Historic Environment Scotland standards; low level roof and lead repairs; new cast iron rainwater pipework; and stonemasonry repairs and indents.
