Recent projects carried out on our behalf for the University of St Andrews have involved multi-disciplinary trades on challenging sites which regularly remain occupied during the works. I worked with Cosmos on the internal and external refurbishment of a Grade ‘B’ listed townhouse in Glasgow city centre. The work included extensive internal improvements to services and finishes to provide speculative office space for let. We collaborated with Cosmos following a competitive tender process and value engineered the project scope and specification in line with our client’s budget requirements.
