Cosmos Projects initially assisted Wetrooms with a cost appraisal of building refurbishment work required to the premises during their negotiations on purchase.
Once the property sale was secured we were able firm up the scope and successfully negotiate the refurbishment works contract.
The scope of work included extensive site clearance and internal demolitions. New hard landscaping, roads and footpaths. Refurbishment and specialist coating of asbestos roof. Complete internal and external refurbishment of the 20,000 sqft warehouse. New windows & doors. Construction of 1,800 sqft office mezzanine over new showroom. Design and installation of new plumbing, heating and electrical services. New internal and external finishes.
