Basement Repairs and Redecoration Works
Following a competitive tender bid, we were delighted to be appointed to carry out basement repairs and redecoration works at 50 Bothwell Street, Glasgow.
The scope of works included repairs to the damaged car park floor surfaces and laying of new surfaces; various drainage and wall repairs; redecoration of all previously painted surfaces including soffits, ceilings, walls, columns, doors, timbers, floor surfaces and parking bay demarcation lines; replacement of lighting; and cleaning, testing and overhauling of the roller shutter door.
We ensured that all works were completed with minimal disruption to our client and its tenants as the building was occupied during normal working hours.Our client was delighted with our project management and the finished product.
