With it’s statues of St John the Baptist and Evangelist, the building at 100 West Regent Street was once the home of The Caledonian Railway Masonic Lodge and later the Glasgow Branch Office of The General Accident Assurance Corporation.
Cosmos Projects were appointed by Edinburgh based firm of Surveyors and Project Managers, CSQ Consult, to effect a planned schedule of maintenance and repair works.
Work included slate repairs and lead replacement, refurbishment of flat roof, refurbishment of stonework and pointing, and decoration to windows, rhones and ironwork.
