Avison Young have worked closely with Cosmos Projects on various types of contracts for over seven years now.

Recent projects carried out on our behalf for the University of St Andrews have involved multi-disciplinary trades on challenging sites which regularly remain occupied during the works. These works are always carried out to a high standard, on time and with minimal disruption to our clients and to the building occupiers.

I worked with Cosmos on the internal and external refurbishment of a Grade ‘B’ listed townhouse in Glasgow city centre. The work included extensive internal improvements to services and finishes to provide speculative office space for let. We collaborated with Cosmos following a competitive tender process and value engineered the project scope and specification in line with our client’s budget requirements.
