Cosmos Projects were appointed, following a competitive tender bid, to carry out the refurbishment of this Grade 1 city-centre office space on the 2nd floor at 145 St Vincent Street. Works included strip out of existing extensive office fit-out and washrooms. Thereafter, repairs to windows and doors, alterations and renewals to M&E installations, new lighting, new floor finishes and high spec fit-out to washrooms; including new ceilings, duct wall panel system and matching full height wc compartment cubicle partitioning and vanity units, with complimenting floor and wall tiling and accent lighting. Our client was delighted with the standard of finish on this project.
