Cosmos Projects were awarded this complexed refurbishment, alteration and upgrading project, following a successful tender presentation. Our client’s award selection criteria were weighted equally between price, quality and delivery programming.

The scope of works included full strip out of racking and industrial partitioning; overhaul and specialist coating of workshop floor; specialist moving of heavy plant and equipment; new cell partitioning with enclosed power and compressed air services; new industrial partitioning and secure storage with secure parts dispensing area; full strip out and re-fit of workshop canteen, lockers and washrooms; full refurbishment, alteration and upgrading of offices, reception and circulation areas over two floors – including new floor and wall finishes, new ceilings, new lighting, heating and comfort cooling.

The project was delivered in a series of carefully planned and sequenced phases to allow the facility to remain in full operation throughout.
